The new book, a self-help guide titled Hey, Fat Ass! A Guy's Guide To Losing Weight & Getting Right, is just about ready. This is the diet book for guys who would never read a diet book - the story of how I lost 70+ pounds. It should be out in a few weeks, and my buddy Keith Sokol from Boogs & Bam Designs is designing it with me. He's doing a great job with some awesome illustrations (like the one you see below) - check it out and read an excerpt here.
We've also just completed the design of the cover for Hey, Fat Ass! and want to know what you think.
